Specialized Surgical Procedures
We specialize in orthopedic surgery and provide advanced surgical solutions to help your pet return to an active, pain-free life.
TPLO
Tibial Plateau Leveling Osteotomy
This surgical option treats cranial (anterior) cruciate ligament ruptures in the knee. This technique changes the structure of the knee joint by making a circular cut around the top of the tibia.

Lateral Suture
Extracapsular Repair
This surgical option also treats cranial (anterior) cruciate ligament ruptures. This technique places sutures in the knee to mimic the function of the ruptured ligament.

FHO
Femoral Head Ostectomy
This surgical option is done to alleviate chronic pain due to dysplasia or laxity in the hip. This involves removing the femoral head (ball) to reduce pain.

Medial Patellar Luxation
Kneecap Dislocation Repair
This surgical option provides a reconstruction of the tissues and/or bone surrounding the patella to provide long-term stability of the knee.

Fracture Repair
Bone Fracture Treatment
The surgical options for fracture repair are based on the type of fracture your pet has, incomplete vs complete. We will discuss the best surgical options based on exam findings.

Amputation
Limb Removal Surgery
This surgical option is most common for the removal of a limb that is not functional or chronically painful. This can be due to cancer, severe trauma, or a birth defect.
